Metaphor by Eve Merriam

I preferred the Metaphor poem since it gave me hope that whenever my day was bad, I can always have a chance to make a better day. And as the poet said: " Having a bad day isn't a big deal, just wait till the night comes so it could fold it and get rid of it for you to start a fresh, bright day with new experiences. This poem made me close the door on the past, free myself from this prison, or i'll be going to spend the rest of my life serving this miserable place. Also not trying to forget my mistakes, but not dwelling on them.
